- Design-build 16-storey, 200-unit residence targeted for people with disabilities, low-income seniors and singles

- High-end, quality finishes, many that were the result of generous donations & discounts provided by corporations interested in becoming involved with Chapelview
- Extensive list of “Green” products & systems used in every detail of construction
- “Green” products & systems carried on in building operations to maximize energy savings and minimize energy waste

- Demolish old carwash house
